in recent episodes we have seen that raman is attracted towards ishita and feels that he has something with ishita he returns to Delhi but he left his heart with ishita 
every time he is thinking about ishita and simmi is getting irked with that 


after returning India ishita sends a bouquet to raman and after getting bouquet   
raman goes in imagination world with the memories of ishita
